These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of “We FiX” services we provide to the customer.
By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Work
Services include general home repairs, maintenance, and installations as agreed.

2. Bookings & Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Emergency or same-day services may incur additional charges. Clients must provide details of the work required when booking.

3. Pricing & Payment
Service charges are based on agreed rates. Any materials, parts, or special equipment required will be charged separately. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than [24 hours] before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is allowed with reasonable notice and subject to technician availability.

5. Client Responsibilities
Provide safe access to the property. Remove or protect fragile items, valuables, and personal belongings in work areas. Obtain necessary approvals (e.g., from landlords or building management).

6. Warranty & Liability
Workmanship is covered by a [30-day] service warranty (unless otherwise stated). Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or external factors. Provider is not liable for indirect damages or pre-existing issues.

7. Health & Safety
Safety is a priority. Work may be refused or stopped if unsafe conditions exist.

8. Materials & Parts
Where the Client provides their own materials, Provider is not responsible for defects, delays, or issues arising from those materials. Materials supplied by Provider will be charged at fair market rates.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar.
